Awareness of your thoughts, emotions and behaviour is a crucial first step to take if you want to work on your mental health. This is the best way to discover your personal strengths and pitfalls. But awareness and insight alone are not enough if you are looking to make long-lasting changes - as well as talking, you will work together to identify a dedicated action or exercise which you can incorporate into your life today. Zoila’s methods are always strength- and solution-focused.
Zoila studied Developmental Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. She then specialised as a Healthcare Psychologist. Zoila speaks both Dutch and English.
